Normal daily dose is 2-3 droppers full for adults
Dosage: for adults up to 1 teaspoon can be taken straight or in water or juice as needed
Suggested Use: Shake well before using. Add 3 dropper to 1 oz. of water or juice up to 2 times per day for general usage. May be taken 1 hour before bedtime. Best taken before meals or an hour before a meal.
For children always recommend using non alcoholic versions of the extract blend.
Properly store out of extreme weather conditions and light preferable dark and cool areas foe proper storage. keep out of reach of children.
